Tax Treaty between Andorra and Bulgaria Signed

According to a release from Bulgaria's Ministry of Finance, officials from Andorra and Bulgaria signed an income and capital tax treaty on 19 June 2026. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
