Tax Treaty between the U.A.E. and Montenegro has Entered into Force

The tax treaty between the United Arab Emirates and Montenegro entered into force on 10 December 2013, and generally applies from 1 January 2014. The treaty was signed 26 March 2012, and is the first of its kind between the two countries.

The treaty covers U.A.E. income and corporate tax, and Montenegro personal tax and corporate profit tax.
