Tax agreement between India and Taiwan enters into force

The income tax agreement and protocol between India and Taiwan, signed on 12 July 2011, entered into force on 12 August 2011. The tax agreement generally applies from 1 January 2012 for Taiwan and from 1 April 2012 for India.
