Tax exemptions announced for foreign investors in farming sector

It has been reported that Senegal introduced a crop expansion programme in April 2008, the Great Agricultural Offensive for Food and Abundance (la Grande Offensive Agricole pour la Nourriture et l[rsquo]Abondance, or GOANA).
