OrbitaxTax penalties increased

On 23 December 2013, Decree No. 402/013, which increased the amount of penalties, was published in the Official Journal (Diario Oficial No. 28,870). The new provisions apply to:
| - | tax infringements; and |
| - | inducing tax infringements. |
