Thailand Providing Incentives for Social Enterprises

On 28 May 2021, the Thai Revenue Department announced the approval of tax incentives to support social enterprises. The main direct incentive is a corporate income tax exemption for social enterprises that do not share profits, which applies from the date that social objectives are the main objectives of the entity.
