The UK Ratifies Pending Tax Treaties with Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and Jersey

The UK has published the Orders for the ratification of the pending income and capital tax treaty with Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and Jersey, which were made on 12 December 2018:

• The Double Taxation Relief and International Tax Enforcement (Guernsey) Order 2018
• The Double Taxation Relief and International Tax Enforcement (Isle of Man) Order 2018
• The Double Taxation Relief and International Tax Enforcement (Jersey) Order 2018
