Three Jurisdictions Removed and Three Added to EU list of Non-Cooperative Jurisdictions

The European Economic and Financial Affairs Council on 13 March 2018 decided to remove three jurisdictions from the EU List of Non-Cooperative Jurisdictions, including Bahrain, the Marshall Islands, and Saint Lucia. The three jurisdictions are now included in the grey list of potentially non-cooperative jurisdictions and will be monitored with respect to their commitments to implement relevant tax good governance principles.
