Togo Finance Law for 2019 Introduces Special Tax Regime for Companies Incurring Economic Difficulties

Togo's Finance Law for 2019 (Law 2018-20) was signed by the president on 20 November 2018. The main tax amendment includes the introduction of a special tax regime to restructure (ownership change, alienation of assets, etc.) companies incurring economic difficulties. This includes, inter alia:
