Transfer pricing – documentation requirements

Effective from 1 June 2013, Resolution 175-2013/SUNAT provides regulations concerning transfer pricing documentation requirements. The Resolution regulates the amendments introduced by Law 1,112 of 29 June 2012, which aim to simplify compliance.
