Treaty between Belgium and Morocco ratified

On 19 February 2009, Belgium ratified the income and capital tax treaty between Belgium and Morocco, signed on 31 May 2006, by way of Law No. 1773/003. Once in force, the new treaty will replace the Belgium-Morocco income tax treaty of 4 May 1972
