Treaty between Australia and UK – negotiations

The Australian Treasury announced on 28 October 2008 negotiations for an amended tax treaty between Australia and the United Kingdom. Once signed and in force, the new treaty will replace the Australia-UK income tax treaty of 21 August 2003.
