Treaty between Austria and Hong Kong enters into force

The income and capital tax treaty and protocol between Austria and Hong Kong, signed on 25 May 2010, entered into force on 1 January 2011. The treaty generally applies for Austria from 1 January 2012 and for Hong Kong from 1 April 2012.
