Treaty between Hong Kong and Vietnam – negotiations

A 3rd round of negotiations was held for a first-time tax treaty between Hong Kong and Vietnam on 26-27 May 2008 in Hong Kong. A proposed Agreement was initialled at the conclusion of the negotiations.
