Mexico ratified the income and capital tax treaty between Mexico and Germany, signed on 9 July 2008, on 6 November 2008 by way of Decree published on 11 December 2008. The new treaty will generally replace the Mexico and Germany income and capital tax treaty of 23 February 1993.
