Treaty between Thailand and Korea (Rep.) signed and in force

The new income tax treaty between Thailand and Korea (Rep.), signed on 16 November 2006, entered into force on 29 June 2007 and is effective as of 1 January 2008. The new treaty will replace the Thailand and Korea (Rep.) income tax treaty of 26 August 1974.
