Turkey Adjusts Valuable Housing (Residence) Tax Brackets for 2026

Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced the publication of the Valuable Housing (Residence) Tax guide, including the adjusted tax brackets for 2026. This includes the following tax brackets and rates:

• over TRY 17,711,000 up to TRY 26,567,000 - 0.3%
• over TRY 26,567,000 up to TRY 35,425,000 - 0.6%
• over TRY 35,425,000 - 1.0%

The brackets were adjusted through Real Estate Tax Law General Communiqué No. 88 with effect from 1 January 2026.
