Turkey Extends Tax Amnesty Application Deadline and Allows Installments for Additional Corporate Tax

Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced the extension of the deadline to apply for the tax amnesty regime for outstanding public receivables introduced by Law No. 7440 of 9 March 2023 (previous coverage). Originally required by 31 May 2023, the application deadline has been extended to 30 June 2023. Further, the deadline for the first installment under the amnesty regime has been extended from 30 June 2023 to 31 July 2023.
