Turkey Increases Collateral-Free Threshold and Deferral Period for Public Debt Requests

Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced the publication of Law No. 7582 in the Official Gazette, which includes amendments to Article 48 of Law No. 6183 on the Collection Procedure of Public Receivables regarding the deferral and installment payment of public debts.
