Turkey Publishes Decision to Temporarily Reduce VAT Rates for Various Goods and Services

Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced  the publication of Decision No. 2812 in the Official Gazette on 31 July 2020, which provides for a temporary reduction of the VAT rates for certain goods and services in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This includes that the VAT rate has been temporarily reduced to 8% for the following goods and services:
