The UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) issued a release on 4 September 2023 calling on companies to register for corporate tax. In relation to this, the FTA has also published a corporate tax guide on the Registration of Juridical Persons (CTGRJP1), which includes an overview of the corporate tax registration rules, how to determine if registration is needed, and the deregistration process.
