UAE Provides New e-Invoicing Guidance

The UAE Ministry of Finance updated its e-invoicing guidance page on 24 February 2026 with the publication of several new guides. As previously reported, the e-invoicing system applies to all business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) transactions, unless specifically excluded, with issuers and recipients of invoices required to appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP).
