As previously reported, the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has published Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on Taxation of Corporations and Businesses. The Decree-Law provides for the introduction of the UAE's new Corporate Tax regime, which will take effect for tax periods beginning on or after 1 June 2023.
