UK OTS Consulting on Review of Capital Gains Tax

The UK Office for Tax Simplification (OTS) has announced an online survey and a call for evidence to seek views on Capital Gains Tax. The consultation follows a request by Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak for the OTS to undertake a review of Capital Gains Tax and aspects of the taxation of chargeable gains in relation to individuals and smaller businesses.
