The UK Parliament is considering the Finance (No. 2) Bill (Bill 342 2024-26), which was submitted in the House of Commons on 4 December 2025 and has received its first reading. The Bill provides for the implementation of most of the measures of the 2025 Budget that was presented on 26 November 2025 by Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves (previous coverage).
