Update - Germany Publishes Growth Opportunities Act

Germany published the Act to Strengthen Growth Opportunities, Investment, and Innovation as well as Tax Simplification and Tax Fairness (Growth Opportunities Act) in the Official Gazette on 27 March 2024.
