Update - Ghana Confirms Entry into Force of Tax Treaties with Mauritius and Singapore and Protocol to Tax Treaty with Switzerland

On 24 February 2020, the Ghana Revenue Authority updated its list of tax treaties in force. This includes:

• the 2017 tax treaty with Mauritius, which entered into force on 22 January 2019 and is effective from 1 January 2020 ({News-2019-04-25/T/5-previous coverage});
• the 2017 tax treaty with Singapore, which entered into force on 12 April 2019 and is effective from 1 January 2020 ({News-2019-04-15/T/3-previous coverage}); and
