Update - New Russian Tax Rates for Salary Income and Other Types of Income in 2025

As previously reported, Russia is introducing the following personal income tax brackets/rates from 1 January 2025:

• up to RUB 2.4 million - 13%
• over RUB 2.4 million up to RUB 5 million - 15%
• over RUB 5 million to RUB 20 million - 18%
• over RUB 20 million to RUB 50 million - 20%
• over RUB 50 million - 22%
