Update - New Tax Treaty between Belgium and Kosovo

The new income and capital tax treaty between Belgium and Kosovo was signed on 16 April 2026. Once in force and effective, the treaty will replace the 1980 tax treaty between Belgium and the former Yugoslavia as it applies in respect of Belgium and Kosovo.
