Update - Russia Publishes List of Eligible Manufacturing Activities for Social Security Contribution Reduction

Russia has published Order No. 3689-r of 11 December 2024 in the Official Gazette, which lists the eligible manufacturing activities for the reduced social security contribution rate of 7.6% for qualifying SMEs that applies from 1 January 2025. As previously reported, the reduced rate is available for registered SMEs deriving at least 70% of the income from carrying out prescribed manufacturing activities.
