Update - Tax Treaty between Benin and the Netherlands

The income tax treaty between Benin and the Netherlands was signed on 21 May 2026. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries.

Taxes Covered

The treaty covers Benin corporate income tax, business profits tax, tax on income from movable capital, property income tax, taxes on salary income, capital gains tax on real estate, and withholding on remuneration due to non-resident service providers.
