Update - Tax Treaty between Gabon and Turkey

The income tax treaty between Gabon and Turkey was signed on 3 March 2024. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries.

Taxes Covered

The treaty covers Gabonese tax on income of individuals, company tax, flat-rate minimum tax, supplementary tax on salaries, special immovable property tax on rentals, and tax on income from movable capital. It covers Turkish income tax and corporate tax.
