Updated FAQs and Guidance Issued on e-Invoicing; Implementation Timeline Confirmed

Malaysia’s Inland Revenue Board on 19 July 2024 issued updated FAQs and Guidance on the country’s forthcoming B2B e-Invoicing system.
The e-invoicing system will operate through a Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) model, which requires pre-authorization by the Inland Revenue before invoices are actually sent to customers.
